Issue in acknowledgement status in PI.

Hi All,

We are implementing SAP MDM 7.1 for one of our client. We have an issue in PI.

The issue is the message acknowledgement in PI is displaying the status "Waiting for acknowledgement" even after the record has been imported successfuklly into MDM. Earlier we were able to get correct status. Also we have not made any configuration changes in MDIS. The Import server is running & the repository is loaded.

If any of you have faced the same issue, please throw some light on it.

Hi Pramod,

which combination of PI and MDM version do you use? We're facing a similar issue in our local test systems (PI 7.1 and MDM 7.1 SP 02) that is currently under investigation by the developers.

We have the same combination. A week back we were able to get the acknowledement & everything was working fine.

Please let us know if you get solution for the same.
