SD & PP Integration

Dear All,

I have the following probs, Please guide.

Due to some requirement We need to do PP part for our project. And we need to pass Customer Requirement thru MD81 and need to run MRP thru MD50. But after running MD81 we are not able to run MRP thru MD 50 as error is coming sales is for make to order situation.

As per the error we change our material and properly maintain in MM02 at MRP 3 view of statregy group of make to order situation.

Although we know it may be a PP module related issue and posted in SD Forum, still any one can guide will be most helpful for us.

also check for the general item category in sales org 2 in mm02.if it is 0001 then it is make to product

If it is a make to order senario then startegy group should be 20 in Material master MRP 3 view, also check in Requriment type in sales order procurement tab (KE for Make to order).
