Trip commitment not updated in Controlling Module

Hi,

We implemented Fund Management in the system. In Travel request we are filling up the Internal order. Through derivation rule based on Internal Order, the objects Fund center,Fund is coming automatically.

After saving the request its updating in Fund management as commitment but at the same time its not updated as commitment in Controlling module.Afte saving the Travel request i am going and checking the Internal Order report (Standard). In this report its not updating as commitment. Please guide me if any configuration required to get that commitment information into Standard report.

check the secondary cost element is created

Thanks for your response.

Secondary cost element i cant create for the same GL account. In trave request i mentioned 1000 USD under estimated cost. Under cost distribution i mentioned internal order,fund center and Fund. This amount is updating in Fund management as commitment but the same amount is not updating in Controlling module against that internal order.

If we create secondary cost element then where we can assign this element in Travel module.

Please explain in detail for your response.

Please check in the transaction code KO03, whether the field Comittment update is ticked under the Control Tab for this internal order.
