Dear All

We are using BI 7.0 SP18. Now as we are trying to logon on java side i.e. http://<host>:50100/nwa for configuration check, it is not going further with any user id password. If I put right User ID and password, it remain on the same page without showing any message and If I am inserting wrong credentials for userid or password it is showing message "authorization failed".

Please help me to resolve this issue.

With regards

Virender Sharma

Try this,

Dear all

Thanks for your reply.

I resolved the issue as suggested by Kiran.

Only thing I needed to reinstall the certificate on java for keystore administration

Hello,

The user with below roles will be able to logon to the Netweaver Administration

SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_CENTRAL Central NetWeaver Administrator UME DB.

SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_CENTRAL_READONLY Central NetWeaver Administrator,read-only UME DB.

SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL Local NetWeaver Administrator UME DB.

SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL_READONLY Local NetWeaver Administrator, read-only UME DB.

Superadmins will also be able to login to the NWA(try j2ee_admin)

To add to it you have mentioned that no users are able t login to portal..

For portal use the following link :

http://host:port/irj

NWA is the administration part.

Thanks,

Hello,

Is it just NWA link or any other link?

For NWA, usually you need to login as the administrator.Dont think, any normal user can access it.

If it is case of hanging application(NWA going no where), check for the java process, traces.

thanks,

Prasanna
