Service Desk pulling unwanted message from other S user ids

Hi All,

We have installed a solution manager in our landscape and mapped a particular S user id in Tcode AISUSER. The same S user id is also provided in the SAP-OSS rfc connection.

We have set up a service desk which recieves messages from connected satellite systems and also through a web interface.

Now we find that we have a lot of messages in the CRM_DNO_Monitor which are created in the Service Market Place by some other S User id. Though the S user ids are part of our landscape team, we have not added them in AISUSER or Mapped it in RFC DEstination to SAP.

We also find that the S USER ids are automatically added to AISUSER table list. Even if we delete them it gets added automatically.

Please help me understand why this is happening and what could be done to restrict it from sync ing messages from Service Market place from our ids or other user ids.

Thanks and Regards,

Raghavan

Hi Raghavan,

regarding the S-User's which get added to AISUSER automatically, please check if report AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP is scheduled as batch job.

Messages which get created in Service Marketplace can be replicated to Sol Man via report RNOTIFUPDATE01 (batch job REFRESH_MESSAGE_STATUS). Probably this job is scheduled in your Sol Man syste,.

Hi christian,

Thank you for the reply.

Yes. I modified the variant provided for the report NOTIFUPDATE01. The variant values detemrine a lot of information on what is being pulled into the service deska nd what is being updated.

The sapnote 781163 has complete detail on this front.

Thanks and Regards,

Raghavan
