Schedule line

Hello,

I have this issue where an order is created and the customer is on hard hold and the requested delivery date is 06/20/2009. A schedule line is created with confirmed qty as zero as the customer is on hard hold. Now when the credit department released this order, another schedule line has been created with delivery date as 07/15/2009 even though there was adequate stock availabe in the plant and in fact it was reserved for this customer.When we check the changes, it says new schedule line created using txn VKM1.

hi swetha,

pls check loading time,planning time and the delivery time was mentioned in the following menu path

IMG-->LOGISTICS EXCLUSION --> SHIPPING -->BASIC SHIPPING FUNCTIONS > SCHEDULING>DELIVERY SCHEDULING AND TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULING-->MAINTAIN DURATION

if it is maintained the delivery date will definetely change because when you place an order first it will check only the credit limit,if it is exceeded then the order will get locked,when you release the order it will calculate the delivery scheduling
