Does the existence of two operating systems affect the SAP installed ?

Hi,

I want to install ECC6 IDES on my laptop.It is currently having Windows Vista Premium as it's OS.I need to have Windows 2003 Server for SAP. I would like to know that can I continue having Vista along with Windows 2003.Will it in any way affect the installation or the installed software ??

System Config:

4 GB RAM

320 GB HDD

procesor speed is 2.4 GHz.

No.

Multiple OS on single hardware its not going to create problem becuase at single time only single OS is operating.

No its does not make any difference you can go ahead with Vista + windows 2003.

Hi,

No You can not.

This will not allow to install any JAVA based system on that machine unless and until You have vista in other drive.
