HI Experts
I am trying to create support message in Solution manager system by using help menu. I am getting the following error "Error in Local Message System: Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. Message was Not Created" .
Please advice..

Hi Kumar,
You need to be configure service desk first then only you can use create support message functionality.

Is Ibase generated correctly..in ib52
check Main i.e "1" or sol_man_data_rep & rest systems are asigned to it as components or sub parts
also do have the standard roles ?
if u r creating from crm_order r u filling Ibase ......chk by filling ibase to cross chk
BP do u have maintainted BP Identification for the system?
