Service Desk File Attachment Size Limit

Hi All,

Does any one knows how to limit the size of the file that is allowed to attach in a service desk message?

For example, we want users to upload only a maximum size of 1MB of document in a service desk message. Is this possible?

Also, is there a way that we can limit the file types that can be uploaded? For example, we need to restrict documents like mp3, mpeg, etc. Is there any way?

Hi.

I've got the same problem. Have you found any solution?

I was debugging Web Dynpro app and think it is possbile to restrict it by programming. But maybe there is easier way.
