Inbound delivery behavior in Yard Management monitor.

Hi!

We have Yard Management implemented and have the following points in the Yard...

• External Location

• Checkpoint

• Parking Space

• Weighing point

• Doors

• Staging areas

When operator process an inbound delivery (Transaction LYRDM), he first creates the Vehicle and leaves it at External Location. Then he does the check-in by moving it to the Check Point. Then he assigns the inbound delivery to the vehicle. He moves it to the Weighing Point. But then, the user realize that he should not take that vehicle, so, he moves the vehicle back to the External Location in order to unassign the inbound delivery from the vehicle.

After the unassignment, the inbound delivery does not appear again in the Yard Monitor (neither under Inbound Deliveries nor under Vehicles folder). Nevertheless, the operator would like to see it again in order to process it with the right vehicle.

How can the operator sees the inbound delivery he was taking before in transaction LYRDM (Yard Monitor)?

This is a SAP ECC 6.0 system.

Hi

As soon as an inbound document enters in the Yard, it is to be processed.

If unassigned, it will not be visible as the deliveries are still in the Yard.

This is field LIKP-IMWRK.

Put it blank for the document you want to make available back.
