If Price list for various state are different for customer wise & statewise then how I can define in the system.

Define one table with Region..... Assign this into access sequence.... and maintain the record for this....

I think you can create a new table with the following fields CUSTOMER/REGION/MATERIAL

and add this to your access sequence. I hope if it is in india all the states might have defined as regions.

Now maintain condition records as per the above

hello, friend.

it depends on how you represent "state". would it be through REGION or SALES DISTRICT?

you can include the field representing state in tables relevant in access sequence, which you will assign to your pricing condition type.
