Hi ,

I come to know that whatever service exposed by any system is available in service registry or in other way u can say that whoever exposed service create an entry in service registry to inform outside world.

Actually i m try to consume some service that is exposed by any system i,e ERP q43 etc.

so i just waana know that where is the service registry and it is necessary that all the service exposed must present in service registry.

Hi,

You can view Service Registry like a yellow page. You looked up the service registry to find the corresponding service that you want to use.

Service Registry comes with PI or CE 7.1. The best practice is to publish a service into a service registry such that it can be easily looked up by anyone.

But it is not necessary to publish a service to a Service Registry.

You can consume the service directly expose by the system. You can check with the developer on how to use the service.
