We are looking at Snap Manager for SAP and they are stating that they will only support 10gR2, does this encompass all 10.2.0.x releases?

Yes, Oracle 10gR2 means all the 10.2.0.x.
But: Keep in mind that SAP will only support 10.2.0.2 and 10.2.0.4, the latter being recommended.

Yes, 10gR2 is 10.2.0.X.
I guess, what they are trying to convey is the discontinuation of "Customer Care Support" for Oracle Version 10.1. (Note 1246629)
