Cannot reverse post goods issue using VL09 - Help

Hi

I cannot reverse post goods issue using VL09

Following Error message occurs:-

Document 492109553 does not contain any selectable items

I have never come accross this before

I have both a Picking request and a Post Goods issue for this deliveryfor 20,096 Tne

all other boxes on delivery are greyed out,

Please help

Can you please let me know the movement type in the original delivery document ??

Movement type is 981

GD goods issue to Delivery

In standard, there is no standard movement type 981 and you should have created by copying some existing standard movement types. Similarly, you should have also created another movement type for reversal, say 982. If not, check in the sale order what schedule line category is flowing.

Next go to VOV6, select this schedule line category and see what movement type is assigned there. Ensure that the same is also maintained in OMJJ where you can see a tab "Allowed Transactions" and against this, check you could see VL09.

Document 492109553 is your material document number....

Please check is there any subsequent document exist? if yes cancel those first.... and then Delivery,,,,,

Do that does not help either

cannot use MBST

This material document was generated through the posting of a physical inventory document, a delivery via Shipping, or some other automatic movement (such as an order confirmation in PP or a usage decision in QM) and cannot be processed with this function.

SAP is telling me to use VL09 - yet it is not letting me

Please help
