PGI without TO

how can i configure or make settings for the following..

i need to make PGI without the transfer order.

If yours is configured with WM, then you must carrie out TO and confirm the TO and then PGI.

If you dont want to do TO then that Item category should be ticked relevant for Picking (T Code- 0VLP),

Then enter the qty manually in Picking cloumn then do the PGI.

If the picking storage location is assigned to a warehouse, then you cannot do away with TO.

You can change the picking sloc and the delivery will behave normally.

It is also possible to perform mass picking (in the background) using VL06O.

Hi,

You can not do PGI without picking the qty (with or without creating transfer order) because the function on TO (picking) is to move the material from Source bin to Destination bin. And unless you pick the item you cannot do PGI

Only in case of text item or Service item, there is no need of Picking.
