Session Time Out

we have an existing E-commerce portal for order entry and Order tracking,This Portal is attached to ISA R3 B2B application through a hyperlink. A single sign on procedure is used for loging into ISA. The E-commerce portal based on MTS(Microsoft transaction server) has a session timeout of 20 minutes, now if the user is working on ISA application for more than 20 minutes the session will expire in MTS.

Can anyone suggest a method by which the MTS session gets refreshing if the user is working in ISA application.

We have a session cookie running in the current portal for session refresh. Can this cookie be used and placed in ISA application?

Thanks In advance

Hi Ankit,

I am not sure if this will work but here is what you can do. Search web.xml for

Modify this action servlet class with your own class and update your session cookie in

process(HttpServletRequest request,

HttpServletResponse response)

method of this class.

replace the entry like

Extend this class with com.sapmarkets.isa.core.ActionServlet. Copy process method as it is and make required modification.

Hope this helped.
