SAP RDBMS MSSQL 2008 installation source

Dear all,

Anybody know where i can get the RDBMS SQL Server 2008?

I cannot find it in my SAP ERP 6.0 SR3 dvd box.

I also cannot find in swdc.

In software catalog order, in database kit section, there's only MS SQL 2005.

In download section, i only find MS SQL 2005 also.

Please help,

Thanks for your reply, the note is help me to find out the media id #51037225 for MSSQL 2008.

Anyway, i still cannot find it in the software order area.

I can find it in the download area, but download 5 DVD of MSSQL2008 will be a very huge size for my bandwidth.

Open an OSS call in component

XX-SER-SWFL-SHIP

and ask them to send you the media as physical disk.

the other way could be to download the DVD - check the note in the second post in this thread.

Could you please help me in installation SAP PI7.1. I need SQL Server 2005 Installation Master , SQLServer_Client , and SQL Server dvd. Will it be possible you can upload SQL_Server Client dvd for windows 2008 x64bit edition on mediafire.com as it's a free website so that i will install PI7.1 on my system.

It is illegal to share that software.

If you have a license for the PI and for the database you can download the DVDs from the service marketplace. If you have no S-User then you may have no license.

Please look into https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/mss , you will get all necessary information about MS

SQL 2008.
