IMA11 errror

Hi.....

When im trying to use IMA11.

im getting an error while assigning Position Id and Prg ima11

Cap. investment program position not allowed for measure

Message no. AP039

Diagnosis

You want to assign a measure or appropriation request to an investment program position. However, the program position does not allow this type of assignment.

System Response

The assignment is not allowed.

Procedure

Use the detail display in the position to find out what assignments are allowed to it

As Sarang has mentioned ,

Investment Mangement > Appropriation Request > Control Data > Maintain App Request type.

In that path we defoned allowed measures. Here you can assign investment program type as well.

As mentioend by Amit, for the Program type,

SPRO> IM> Investment Program-->Master Data->Define Program Types. allowed measure should be there.

Normally we control this settings at AR Type level. Becasue sometimes same Program type is being used for Intenal order.

Go to SPRO

Investment Mangement > Appropriation Request > Control Data > Maintain App Request type

In this config see the section for Allowed Measures. Mark the appropraite category and you shd be fine.

Hi,

It seems your Investment Program Type does not allow required object assignment.

Goto SPRO> IM> Investment Program-->Master Data->Define Program Types.

Here check the assignable operative objects.
