automatic achiveing of document

Dear all,

My client want an automatic achiveing of document once they will put the status ARCHIVE in document ( CV01n 0r CV02n. ) info record.

Is it possible . if yes wht are the setting required?

hi,

1. In Define doc type [DC10], set flag for Archaiving Authorization.

2. For perticular status set field 'A '----

Archive status.

this will stores your document archive Repository.

Prerequisit,

3. To store archived file or doc, you need to create Content repository.

Hi ,

In DC10 , for the particular status , attatch a program with a subroutine as "program exit " and "form routine" . write your logic in the form routine .

Just try out this option.
