Error in Print Layout and Web Layout for PHAP_CATALOG_PA t-code

Hi,

ADS is not working for one of the backend ECC system(CD2(Dev)).When we try to access t-code PHAP_CATALOG_PA there are issues with both Print Layout and Web Layout not displaying.Error shows that "ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Could not retrieve(200101)".Also when we try to open it by selecting smart form geting dump "TIME_OUT".Please help in this case.
