return process in bond export

hi all

In the return process when iam doing the delivery with reference to sales order number delivery quantity is not picking up .

can any one help me on this issue

Hi there,

Returns item catg REN is not relevant for picking. So no need to do picking or picking quantity to be updated.

So proceed to do PGR immediately after creating delivery. No need of packing also.

iN RETURNS scenario the picking field is always greyed and there is no need to pick the quantity as it is a returns order

So carry forward and create PGR and then retuns billing etc

Check the Schdule lines date and confirmed qty in Return sales order.

in the return sales order it is showing the confirmed quantity in schedule line but it is not picking in the delivery

note: my process is

sales order-sales order stock-delivery-invoice
