Hi friends,
I have problem for doing reverse movement from unrestricted to Quality.
My raw material is quality acivated. After GR in MIGO, it directly goes to QA inspection stock. After UD, quality stock is posted to unrestricted stock and partial quantity to sampling.
But user post whole quantity to unrestricted stock.
Now i want to take back all unrestricted stock to Quality and then i will do correct posting for sampling and for unrestricted stock.
( I cant use 333 movt. type because due to this my report not get correct value.)
Please help me to solve this issue.
Thanks!
Dear Gule,
If insp type 04 is active it is not suggestable to do reverse GR to order. In some emergency with care follow the below proposed method
1. Go to QA08 and deactivate 04 inspection for that perticular material in tha plant
2. check in MM02, QM view weather it is deactive.
3. Ensure u got full stock in mmbe with same batch
4. Go to MB1B, 322 mov type and all details->click on new item Push button on top left->here give all details except account assignement details and save
5. check in MMBE stock should be in quality
6. now go to MB31, 102 mov type and order no and click enter and save
this will solve ur issue
7. Dont forget to reaactivate 04 inspection again for the material in QA08

Once UD has been done you can reverse back the quantity in unrestricted stock to quality stock. Through mb1a transaction with movement type 333 - withdrawl of sampling quantity from unrestricted stock and post the transaction. I hope this will answer you query.

Hi
Go to mm01>QM view>active 08 inspection type-->save.
Go to Mb1b>Mvt type 322>Enter Qty & material.-->save
Go to QA32 -->inspection lot origine 08 -->Take UD Put into Unrestricted & sample Usage.
