Commitment Managment In PS

Hi all,

I want to know about the Commitment managment in PS so that i can implement it in our organization's projects.

Pl explain me the process with t codes as wel.

Hi,

In T-code OKKP check whether you have ticked Projects & With Commitment Management (W. Commit. Mgt.) indiacators for your controlling area. Also make Commitment Management components active.

By doing above setting commitment management will activate for projects.

Normally this customizing will be done by fico consultant.

Our organization have a 25 project and i want to activate this commitment managment to perticuler one project is it possible for one project.

Commitment management is activated at controlling area level and hence it cannot be activated or deactivated at project level.
