Problem with Transaction PR05

I´m getting two different results inside Tx PR05 for two diferents users, first dinpro is diferent... I try runnin SU53....nothig...

One user can´t saw "approve" and "settle" buttons. I was debuggin this dinpro in SET PF_STATUS is passing EXCLUDING table, but this table have the same registers for both users...

Help.
