Commitment Item in Project System

Hi,

How could i create commitment item in project system without creating a PO for a project.

Please advice.

Hi

Create PR through the Network activity and don't convert to PO.In this way you can create commitment.

PR also will create committment in Project.

Thanks for the fast reply.

My user do no want to implement MM module. So what could be other alternatives to watch the commitment items.

The user would like to know thecommitment ite for a project.

Please advice how could this be done without involving MM.

Hi

Only those PR and PO as consider as commitment.

Internal commitments = RemOrdPlan and only at WBS level. So you can create the internal activity.

Hi can you tell what is you busines process, Apart from PR/ PO, you can create FUnds commitment in PS. Refer the same below link, but same will only work along with proejct Cash Management is activated than only.
