NWA says "No logs to display" for remote systems

Hello NetWeaver Adminstrators,

I am trying to use NetWeaver Adminstrator as a centralized log viewer (running on my Solution Manager system, which is NW04 SPS 19).

I can view the SolMan logs fine with "Local System Administration", but not for other systems: I've created the HTTP destination and gotten past the authentication step, so I know that it is able to connect to the remote system (which happens to be EP6 / J2EE 6.40). When I select any of the views such as "Default Trace", the "No logs to display" immediately message appears.

Any clues? I can't find any useful references to that message, and I'm getting tired of checking and re-checking my configuration.

Thanks,

Sean

Thanks for trying, but I've already been through those. For example, I indicated that authorization is working, so I got past the error on p.39 of the first and third link (which have the same content).

The second link is for the old log viewer (which is what I'm trying to replace with NWA).

Does anyone else have a suggestion?
