Truck numbers

Hi All,

I am unable to assign truck numbers for line items in sales order.

Please let me now how to assign.

Hello

There is no sepcific field in sales order line item for truck number. you can use one of the many fields which are free to add and not pciked from master data to add the truck number in it

eg - customer reference , etc

Hi

In VOTXN define text id for sales document item level and do the text determination.

So that you can maintain the Truck numbers at item level

Hi,

there is no specific requirement in sap, but for reference you can provide those details to customer

goto VL02N, enter the delivery document number

click on line items, GOTO > header> shipping

enter the details in bill of ladding tab and means of transport.

save it

Hi,

If you want to enter these details in Sales order and the same to flow to Delivery,

go with Sales Order and Delivery Text. Create one Text for Truck Number.

Hi there,

As per Akasha said, there is no specific field for entering truck number.... In fact if u want to record this you have to enter this in Delivery Document.....because it is only the delivery after which u will load the product in trucks....

Go to delivery --> Header --> Shipment --> There is one field named TrnsIDCode here u have to maintain the Truck number.....
