Problem with Background Job Output

Hi,

We are running a report in the background and we are sending the out put to a distribution list. We are getting the out put as specified in the Spool list reciepent but the problem is we are not getting the full out put of the job. When we look in the Spool request it is showing 56 pages but inn the output file it is giving only 16 pages.Please help us in solving the problem.

Make sure that the number of pages that can be displayed (in SP01) is not limited to 16. There is a "Settings" button in the spool request screen that can help you make sure of that. It corresponds to the number of pages that can be displayed and might be the issue.

If the file is truncated after emailing, try this note 329537 Spool cut off at 1000 lines when sent to recipient

Its not very clear from your description during which part of the entire process, the last few pages get cut off.
