failed to delete master data in 0customer

Hi, experts,

when I transport TR from D to Q system, I get errer saying "Master Data Table /BI0/PCUSTOMER contains data: Characteristic 0CUSTOMER cannot be activated "

0customer show modification mode.

then I go to delete master data of 0customer, system give me message "not all master data can be deleted"

the delete information as following,

<The system is unable to delete all of the specified master data, because some of it is still in use. (See log: Object RSDMD, sub-object MD_DEL ) >

in this case, what can I do ??

Hi

You cannot delete the master data if its being used in the data targets like ods or cubes..only those data will be deleted which is not being used. Did you modified the 0customer?

Hello Jie,

Go to RSDMD t-code and delete whatever data you can delete. Here you can delete selectively.

Why do you like to delete Master data any specific reason please post here so experts may give you there views.

Hi,

additionally have a look at the application log using transaction SLG1.

Object RSDMD, sub-object MD_DEL and ext. Identification 0CUSTOMER.

by the way, I don't want to delete all of transcation data in Cube, too much work
