Hi,

When you create a PO with reference to a contract, then the contract number and item are displayed in the item details of the SUS PO.

Best regards,

Hi Krithika,

Thanks a lot. You mean, I just could see the contract number and item number, there's no way to display detail contract information in SUS? Kindly please advise again.

SAP Note 700954 - BW query 0SRCT_DS1_SP_Q002: Incorrect

purchasing group

BW query "SUS: Expiring contracts" 0SRCT_DS1_SUS_Q002 contains an incorrect InfoObject purchasing group

When you execute the BW query "SUS: Expiring contracts" (0SRCT_DS1_SUS_Q002) and drill down on the purchasing group, no data is displayed for the purchasing group if data is extracted from the Enterprise Buyer Professional.

Cause: The InfoObject for the R/3 purchasing group (0PUR_GRP) is contained in the query in the free characteristics, not the InfoObject for the EBP purchasing group (0BBP_PURGRP).

Solution

Open the query 0SRCT_DS1_SUS_Q002 SUS: Expiring contracts" with BEx Query Designer.

Activate the technical names in the toolbar.

In the free characteristics, replace the InfoObject 0PUR_GRP with the purchasing group 0BBP_PURGRP. Save the query. The problem is eliminated with BI Content Add On 3.3/Support Package 4.

Learnt that there are some reports and supplier can display contract details and cotract expired dates..etc. moreover supplier can come to knew status of contracts and release value against the contracts. but this part purely sus-bi analytical part.
