Invoice document is not working with the output medium "email"

Hi Experts,

I have copied the standard output type RD00 into my custom output type. It is printing successfully if I print it with any printer. But it is not working fine if I use the print medium as "email".

what might be the problem. Help needed asap.

to enable mailing of output types it need quite a lot of additionally customizing which i suspect is missing in your case.

Anyway if you are in a DEV system outbound mails are normally not processed automatically but just gathered, and have to be processed manually using TA SCOT.

you might want to check TA SCOT or SOST to see wheter you got processed/unprocessed mails.

I have used the output medium "email" for other documents and output types. For them it is working as expected. I am getting the emails also. But for this output only it's not working.
