Hi,

This field is the internal number that is created automatically when you create the foreign trade data.

It is useful for referencing.

It will be stored in EIKP table in the field "EXNUM".

It is the number that is generated by our system.

It is used for identifying our data.

Regards,

Krishna.

Prashant,

Actually we need to maintain these data in a broader way :

Please go to this path IMG --> SD --> Foreign Trade/ Customs --> Control Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents.here we have to maintain data like Incompletion Procedure, Foreign Trade data in MM and SD Documents, Import screens in purchasing documents and Extended import document Control......etc

Depending upon these the data copy from Delivery and billing.....

Thanks,

Raja

Hello

Do you mean once we create foreign trade data in the Spro Menu path Mentioned by you, Number of Foreign Trade will be generated automatically. Will that number be same in all Billing documents or will it differ from invoice to invoice.

Thanks and Regards

The Number of Foreign Trade would be different for each Foreign Trade REcord.

Meaning to say for each Invoice, the Number of Foreign Trade would be different.

Hope this helps...
