Hi,

The material which is created is having Unit of Measures as Grams (G). When we create the Scheduling Agreement the Weight of the material is Grams, but making the delivery the material should be delivered in LB( pounds).

Please suggenst when were to make the settings for conversion.

Thanks.

All material Conversions of UOM will be maintained Material Master Only.

Hi,

Go to MM02 and give your material number.

In material master you will find out additional data just click on that.

In that you will find Units of Measurement.

Just store the conversion of LB to gram over here and save the setting.

Now try to create your delivery document with LB as your UOB.

Raj.

Hi,

Please maintain Unit of issue field as LB in work scheduling view in material master for whichever material u need.

Unit of Issue is the Unit of measure for issuing the material from stock. You use this unit for goods issue and stock movement functions.

Hope this helps.

Hi ,

You need to first finalize in which unit u r going to stock the material.that unit will be your Base unit of measure.i.e in your example Grams. If you want order or recive in different unit of measure, define alternative unit of measure as LB(pounds) and assigned to filed Order unit in purchasing view.define the conversion between grams and LB in additional date tab like 1KG=1000 grams.

Then teh order unit of measure in INfo record and create a scheduling agreemnet.system will propose LB as unit of measure.Recieve teh material in LB .system will show teh stock in Grams

Hope it helps

Maintain alternate UOM in the Material Master. You can choose LB in the scheduling agreement which will get converted as per the conversion rate in the material master.
