We are running into errors when publishing catalog. Pls help !!

Restart your TREX engine and retest the behaviour, normally we see this if some invalid or corrupted indexes still exist on the TREX engine which prevent the publication. Normally however a recycle of the trex is enough to sort this out.

already stopped and started TREX several times but still the same problem.

I have your message, best for me now to look directly in your system to verify the status of the catalog and proceed with further steps. Probably best now to close this thread as the issue has been reported to the Customer Support Network now.

Hi ,

COuld you please run this report and check for any error messages.

/CCM/check_trex

1) First DEPUBLISH the catalog.

2) Publish again now.

we are currently running on CCM 1.0 /webAS 6.40

Pls suggest how to run this program that you have suggest

/CCM/check_trex ??
