Status not getting updated!!!

Hello All,

We are runnin on Classic scenario,SRM 4.0.The problem we are facing is once the SC is approved, teh Backend document(P req) is created but the status is not updated in SRM .i.e. In tcode BBP_PD ,for the particular SC,i can see status as I1111(Item in Transfer Process).

The job BBP_GET_STATUS2 has been running fine. Also,in RZ20/SLG1 ,i cannot see any errors specific to my SC id.

Also in ST22,i am getting a short dump error as

" The current ABAP program "SAPLSMOUTIL" had to be terminated because the ABAP

processor discovered an invalid system state.

An error occurred when executing a Remote Function Call."

Also,in SM21,i am getting the log as "Operating system call gethostbyaddr failed".

In rz20,in SAP Business Workflow>All Monitoring Contexts>Business Workflow runtime>Category : Administration Issues>administration Issues,i get the error msg as "Table CONTOB not yet migrated to WI2OBJ".

From the above monitoring trnasactions,i am not able to however analyse whether these errors are for my SC.

Also when i run the program BBP_GET_STATUS_2 seperately thru SE38,i get the foll o/p screen:

Batch program for updating status information for SCs as of Rel. 3.0

No Shopping Cart (REQUIREMENTS) Found with Status = Transferred

Batch program for updating status information for SCs as of Rel. 3.0

On the basis of the data, no changes possible

The following RFC destinations were called:

RFC Destination: Call result:

Also table BBP_PDBEI has the corresponding entry for Backend document(P req).

Can nayone please suggest some solution for this??Please help.

Thanks in Advance,

Hello Disha,

SC transfer status is not updated by BBP_GET_STATUS_2, but by CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

This report scans entries in table BBP_FUNCTION_MAP and process them.

Have a look at my previous explanations on this report:
