Oracle CPU-COUNT and PARALLEL_MAX_SERVER Parameter?

Not sure if this would an Oracle or Unix question but...
My hardware vendor says the CPU's in our IBM P6 Series are 2-Way Dual Core.
So when I issue an lpar stat in AIX 5.3.8 it lists 4 logical CPU's
So should I set the Oracle Parameter from the logical CPU's from the lpar stat or physical ones displayed in the lsdev command?
Any help would be great!

I had it set to that but was looking to see if my assumption on CPU count was correct.

In your case,
CPU_COUNT =4
PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS=40
Please refer to below note for more details.
