Displaying documents with SOLAR01

Hi All,

I have uploaded files in Solution manager using t code SOLAR01 but I am not able to view those.

Can anybody tell me the correct method of viewing the docuemnts?

Hi Manoj,

Goto solar01/02 tcode

choose ur doc and press display icon,

if u hav proper auth & getting this error chk with ur sap gui front end install the latest version.

I have proper authns. and the GUI version is 710, but still it is giving problems in viewing the documents.

If you could describe me the process in steps I would be greatful.

when u upload a doc it is shown as an entry in the list

there itself if u double click it the doc will be displayed

Prakhar I have tried it but it gives the message "the document cannot be displayed"

It means either the document is checked out by someone and not checked IN or in edit mode by someone.

& if this is not the case thn

Check with latest patch for ur GUI 710...i mean the level for e.g i have gui 710 & patch level 7

U can chk it by clicking frm the menu about saplogon.....
