distinguish between catalog positon and freetext position at Purchse Req.

Hi Experts,

how can you distinguish between catalog positon and freetext position in the SRM at Purchse Requistions where are always being uploaded to the SRM System from the backend R/3.

I hope someone can help me on this matter.

Hi,

For catalog items , field bbp_pdigp-catalog_id is field and for free text it is empty.

Hello,

Technically, if the CATALOG_ID is empty then is NOT a catalog item. However, if the PRODUCT_ID is is empty as well, then the item is a free text item.
