Hi,

In order to approve a shopping card via sap gui

I can process as follows:

Run T-code se37

BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE

Entering BUS2121 and SC#

Copy Work Item Number

SWI1: Entering Workitem Nr into identification

Also it is needed to ensure Personal Settings

have flagged Enable forwarding to others, using all objects

Technical views

Eidt-> Change

Where can I do this setting ?

Hi Ertas,

The Attribute- FORWARD_WI (Flag: Forward Work Item) is for forwarding Work items through E-Mail notifications. It means when ever a user gets a work item in his approval inbox an email notification will be sent to user to approve / reject the same.

You can get the work item ID from SWI1 or SWIA (Admin) and can use function module

SWW_WI_FORWARD to forward the work item to some other user so that he/she can approve that work item.

Any user can check the work items completed / to be completed by him using SWI6 transaction.
