Hi

my shopping cart has been approved.but no reservations are created. i got the

Error message:Item in Transfer Process.

so where i need to check further to over come this error.

could any one kindly suggest with appropriate solution.

How exactly you solved it? You just run the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED? I´m asking because I`m having the same issue now.

Hi,

Please try to run the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED. This will make the cart to appear in the application monitor. Now go to the SRM Web--> Left-Hand side > Application Monitors> Shopping Cart. Here you will find the cart with the item in transfer error. Try to retransfer the cart.

i got this issue in production.so can i run this report in se37 tcode directly in Production.

Hello,

You can run BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED via SE80. This will reset the status of the S/C.
