Change List Activation Conflict problem

Hi All,

We are facing a conflict problem in ID whenver i change and activate a communication channel or scenario.

When i change the existing CC and activate the error we gat is

*The following objects have previous versions that are no longer active:

Communication Channel | WMS_XYZ | CC_WMS_XYZ_I2_Master_File_Receiver

Open these objects in the editor and perform a conflict resolution*

But if i click close it is taking the conflict editor where i clicked Display Active Verion and then Select Active Version... then the conflict problem is going... But if i want to change the same CC or scenario again the same problem...

Can anyone suggest us how to solve with this error..

In ID make a search for the above mentioned Communication channel.....there seem to be more than one CCs available which is causing the problem.....you can check it in the Communication Channel section.....if you find any more CC existing (same) then delete the older version...and then try to activate

Even though we have multiple scenarios we never used the same CC and do not have ...

Hi,

Normally if there are older versions existing under the CC section of the Objects tab then you can expect this Activation Conflict problem to occur.
