unable to open data modelere in NDS

Hi

I am unable to open My Data Modeler in NDS. on click of which it just flickers. it dosent open at all.

I have checked Error Log too, it shows following errors

Error Apr 24, 2006 11:31:26.27 Exception occurred in listener of Java element change notification

java.lang.IllegalStateException

at com.tssap.selena.internal.java.scanner.ClassProcessor.checkAssertion(ClassProcessor.java:64)

Is this causing the problem, if yes can u help me with the solution

or is there any other problem. It was working fine even yesterday, suddenly stopped functioning.

hi krishna

close the NDS.

go to ur workspace folder .

copy the .metadata folder to some other folder (for future reference ). and delete .metada folder .

then reopen the NDS. and check now.

Hi

I have done that but again while opening up NDS it is giving metadata problem in workspace. and unable to open up NDS.

i have admin rights too. i tried to change the workspace also but of no luck the NDS is not opening, NDS opens up only when i copy the previous .metadata folder into the workspace again.

Close your NWDS and open it again and then try.
