User Exit - Tax on sales/purchases code

I want to change Taxcode in Condition based on some materials in Sales Order .How can i do that.

Is there any User Exit available for it.

In sales order at item level, you can see a tab "Billing Document" where you can change the tax classification field of that material. Whatever changes you make here and based on the combination what you maintained in VK11 / UTXJ, tax code will be determined.
