Hi all,
In Solution Manager Service Desk, I send an email to the Reported By trough an Action.
This is working fine.
When a document has been attached to the Service Desk Message on the tab Documents under transaction data, I want this attachment to be send with the email as an attachment.
So somehow I have to change the Smartorm I am using.
Please help me out.

Hi Remy,
what we finally do is :
find the attached documents :
select instid_b from skwg_brel into table idinst
where instid_a = lv_guid_ref.
get the content : mf SKWF_PHIO_LOAD_CONTENT
create a send request ( cl_bcs)
add the attachments, recipients and mail text and send it this way in a new badi implementation
