How to restrict access on the project document on the roadmap ?

Hi,

Please advise on the how to configure the permission on the team members on the project to modify, check out, check in the project document on the roadmap.

because i have tried to login with others user that didn't register in the project member but this user still can modify / check-out / check-in the document.

Hi,

I think you need this Security guide for solman SP 16 version is given here(it contains all the roles and relevant info)

now based upon the req u goto pfcg generate the zrole if standard is not helping u

once you generated the roles..u can assign with SU01 transaction to all the users..

Note if you r at diff version search on SMP

Hi,

Create Z roles and restrict the authorizations to it and assign the roles only to those users for whom you would like to allow change access to the contents of that project.
