I want to revert back to To Be Settled from Tranffered to FI statement

Hi,

I have a trip, unexpectdely the trip posted to tranferred to FI but i want to return back to TO BE SETTLE settle state ( from perpective of the accounts as well as trip view ).

I appreciate your help.

Hi,

To reverse a posting you follow the following steps:

1) Go TO PR05 select the Trip and click on "Cancel" button.The status will change to "cancel FI posting"

2) Go To PRFI - Create posting run and execute the report for your cancelled trip number in the previous step.

3) Once trip is successfully included in posting run go to PRRW Execute the report and post the documents created in previous step.

After doing this check for your FICO documents.

If the trip is already posted, you can revert the status. Please refer to the report RPRTRVSW.

Go to PR05. select that trip and click on the button CANCEL

Hi

Open the trip again and do some changes in the trip. The status will be changed to Trip Completed / To be settled.
