Class not found exception error in visual admin

While accessing the Document services configuration with the visual admin tool , i am getting the error " can not load the required classes for the document services configuration "

As according to the note 1017526 i found that the Java option "-DP4ClassLoad=P4Connection" is there in the "go" script.

The SP level of the system is 12 .

what more be done ?

Did you try to logout from Visual admin and login in again and then try it.

Wait for the visual admin to connect to 100%
