Will not allow selection on more than one segment, even if they sound logical?

=>

Like I want all the Customers from # range X->Y

So I put in constraint at KNA1 level From "X" To "Y"

But then again, in KNVV I need only two Distribution Channels , So I put in Equals to ZD, & Equals to ZI.

When I start the extraction Job , I get the error on Job Log:

Job started

Step 001 started (program MDM_BATCH_EXTRACT, variant &0000000000002, user ID MADSU08)

Object MDM_BATCH_EXTRACT of class RE and language EN does not exist.

Extraction selection from more than 1 segment (here KNA1, KNVV) not allowed.

Job cancelled

Any Answers as to what might be wrong?

The other Job I started with only the KNVV constraint is doin good:

Hello Sudhir,

there's nothing wrong. The message from MDM_CLNT_EXTR is correct. The standard extraction module for Customers allows the selection of several fields of the same segment only. You cannot combine fields from different segments.

Try customizing MDMC transaction. Not sure if this will work
