Job failed with error massage

Dear Experts,

We got, CIF overnight job failed with 'SQL error 60'. Neone has experienced this kind of error massege?

Hi Satyajit,

The notes given above in my previous reply belongs to sql60 error only. Ask your basis team to check which note is matching with your current version of scm which is also not available & tell them to apply accordingly.

Please let me know if it is still not working

OK, but do you have information regarding any other SAP note? Because We are getting this error when accessing table DBVM.

Any input will be highly appreciated.

Hi Satyajit,

Which CIF transfer job has created this SQL error.

1) If you face error while transferring manufacturing orders, check sap note 690406

2) If you are transferring orders, check sap note 363085

3) Process orders - then notes 831180, 833522, 836254, 741353, 737818,

4) PR - 965021, 399247, 1023278

5) Sales orders - 932199

6) Other causes - 489151, 513757

Please check and apply the note accordingly

Hi Senthil,

actually job failed(error msg: SQL error 60) because it was not able to process a large number of Qs. And those Qs were stucked, and suddenly we faced this issue. It was basically a performance issue.

Do you have any idea/info regarding this?..Any SAP note..? it will be a great help.

Hi Satyajit,

Check on the following:-

1) Livecache connectivity is proper

2) Any new master data added

3) Check application log for any error messages

4) Check inbound and outbound queues for any failed queues/sysfails etc.,

Please let me know your observations.

Everything is fine, but yes, almost everyday we add new product. From the logs we find the error massege. Do you know any sap note regarding this type (sql error 60) of error. Will appreciate.
