Batch Determination with Remaning Shelf life

Hi Experts,

Can any body help me in letting me know, How do i Determine batches while creating delivery of the material based on the remaining shelf of the product,

Say for Example, If i need to determine the batches while creating Delivery having Shelf life of more than 365 days.
